ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the unlikely event you receive a factory-defective item, you may return it for replacement or exchange within 7 days from the shipment date.

  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of shipment and include all original packaging, accessories, and bundled items.
  • All returns require a valid Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in all communications and clearly marked on the exterior of the return package.

  • Returned products are subject to inspection and testing by an authorized service center or BenStore PC. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange if the item is not deemed factory defective by the manufacturer or BenStore PC.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that availed of a free shipping promo, the shipping value will be deducted from any eligible refund or credit.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost, risk, and insurance of return shipping. Improperly packaged returns that incur damage in transit may result in denied warranty or additional fees.

  • We do not accept company orders, whether with or without Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), due to the streamlining of our internal accounting processes. 

Order Cancellations

  • Reservation fees and initial down payments are non-refundable.

  • Full payment must be completed within 14 days after the order is marked as ready. Failure to settle the remaining balance within this period will result in automatic order cancellation and forfeiture of any reservation or initial payment made.

  • Orders cancelled before production may incur a 3% processing fee.

  • Orders cancelled after production has started or after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, to cover labor, testing, and logistics.

  • If a cancellation is initiated after manufacturer shipment, return shipping charges to the manufacturer will be deducted from the refund.

Pre-Order and Order-Basis Items

  • Products offered on a pre-order or order-basis are subject to the availability and lead time of our suppliers and logistics partners.

  • Any stated arrival dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by shipping delays, customs clearance, supplier backlogs, global shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • While BenStore PC will exert best efforts to provide updates and ensure timely delivery, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that delays may occur.

  • Cancellation of pre-orders due to delays does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the reservation fee or initial down payment, which remains strictly non-refundable.

  • Should the ordered item become indefinitely unavailable (e.g., discontinued by the manufacturer), the buyer will be notified and may choose either to (a) apply the down payment as credit toward another product, or (b) request a refund of the amount paid.

Other Terms & Conditions: 

  • All purchases come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from BenStore PC, unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranty does not cover shipping costs for mail-in repairs.

  • Systems damaged by third-party hardware or modifications will not be covered and will incur diagnostic and repair fees.

  • Physical damage (e.g., liquid spills, abuse) will void the warranty.

  • Batteries and power adapters are covered by the manufacturer, not BenStore PC.

  • Missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • External accessories must be returned unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.


Non-Refundable BenStore PC Services 
BenStore PC’s custom services (labeled as “BSPC Service”) are non-refundable due to labor and setup costs. This includes diagnostics, configuration, and testing services performed before or after shipment.

Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service
RMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization) Policy: 

If repairs are required, the customer must obtain an RMA number and provide proof of purchase. Then you may return the unit to BenStore PC for initial diagnosis, repair, and/or warranty claim to an authorized service center. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, any shipping costs on any item returned for repair are the customer's responsibility. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions or concerns about your particular warranty. All returned parts must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package, a letter detailing the problems, and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without an RMA number written on the outside. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

After One-Year Warranty - Post Warranty Repair 
The procedure is the same for post-1-year warranty repair unless otherwise stated. However, you are responsible for shipping charges, the labor fee, and the price of the part(s) used in the repair. 

Governing Law 
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manila, Metro Manila.

Shipping Instructions 
BenStore PC advises shipping the computer in the original box and packing materials. If the original box and materials are no longer available, please call your shipper to receive specifications for shipping a package through them. Please do not attempt to ship through couriers who have no way of tracking the package in the event the package never arrives at BenStore PC. We recommend LBC, 2Go, FedEx, or any other shipping company that uses tracking technology. 

YOUR RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE BOX'S OUTSIDE OR PACKAGE. TAPE A NOTE TO THE SIDE OF YOUR COMPUTER, INSIDE THE BOX OR PACKAGE. THIS NOTE SHOULD BE INCLUDED

YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, RMA NUMBER, DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER, AND PROBLEM(S) DESCRIPTION. 


FULL SYSTEM: 

  • The box should be able to handle a weight of 40~50 lbs.
  • There should be a minimum of 3" of space on all six sides of the computer.
  • The 3" space shall be fitted with BLOCK FOAM material. Make sure the material will absorb an impact if dropped.
  • Use heavy-duty 3" packing tape rated at 60 lbs. 
  • When you ship your BenStore PC product for repair or credit, BenStore PC is not liable or responsible for freight damage. It is recommended that you insure the package in the event that your BenStore PC product is received freight damaged; you may be able to file a claim with your shipper.
  • If your computer is damaged due to improper shipping, you must instruct BenStore PC to repair or return your computer within 30 days. The computer left beyond 30 days will be subject to a storage fee. Any item left beyond one year shall be discarded at BenStore PC's sole discretion.
  • ALL DAMAGE WILL DELAY THE RETURN OF YOUR COMPUTER.


Individual parts must be handled similarly: 

  • The parts must have sufficient protection to prevent damage; use an anti-static bag for memory and peripherals.
  • Hard drives, Floppy drives, CD-ROMS, and peripherals must be boxed. Never use an envelope. These parts are sensitive to being dropped or crushed.
  • Any package received damaged will be kept in the receiving department, and the Technical Support and Customer Service Supervisors will be contacted to contact you regarding the damage. You will then be advised to file a claim with the shipping company.

Typographical and Pricing Errors 
BenStore PC is not responsible for any website typographical and/or pricing errors. In the event of a typographical and/or pricing error, BenStore PC reserves the right to deny or refuse any order. BenStore PC makes all efforts to ensure product descriptions and pricing accuracy. 

BenStore PC OWNS ALL PARTS REMOVED FROM REPAIRED PRODUCTS. BenStore PC USES NEW AND RECONDITIONED PARTS MADE BY VARIOUS MANUFACTURERS, PERFORMING WARRANTY REPAIRS, AND BUILDING REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS. IF BenStore PC REPAIRS OR REPLACES A PRODUCT, ITS WARRANTY TERM IS NOT EXTENDED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR BenStore PC THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE BenStore PC TRADEMARK, TRADE NAME, OR LOGO AFFIXED TO THEM. 

BenStore PC PROVIDES NO WARRANTY FOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH ITS PRODUCTS; SUCH SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED SEPARATELY BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS. 

This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET BenStore PC's DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN FOUR (4) DEFECTIVE PIXELS (If the LCD screen is scuffed or scratched the defective pixel warranty on the LCD screen is void), AC Adapters and Batteries other than the original primary AC Adapter and Battery provided with the laptop (The original primary AC Adapter and Battery are only covered for 6 MONTHS from the date of purchase), normal wear and tear and any cosmetic damage to a Product that does not affect functionality, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, damage caused by improperly packaging the warranted Product before being shipped in for repair, servicing not authorized by BenStore PC, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by BenStore PC. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF BenStore PC, OR IF ANY BenStore PC SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED. Failure resulting from liquid damage will void the remaining warranty term. 

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BenStore PC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO BenSTore PC DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. BenStore PC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH BenStore PC PRODUCTS. 

NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to BenStore PC, back up your data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). BenStore PC will not be responsible for any lost data for any reason. Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards.
